Metal Roofing

Exposed fastener systems can cost up to 40% less than concealed fastener systems, come in a variety of standing seam metal roof profiles, and provide the dollar conscious home owner with an long lasting alternative. Typical maintenance projections for exposed fastener systems are 20 years before some maintenance--usually painting--becomes necessary. Residential roofing and re-roofing with metal is our specialty. Standing Seam Metal Roof

A standing seam metal roof is versatile and has superior resistance to adverse weather and climatic conditions. They can be retrofitted over most sloped roof surfaces and can also be retrofitted over flat roof surfaces.  They are available in a variety of colors and materials: copper galvanized, aluminum, Galvalume ®, and Berridge colors in Kynar 500® and Hylar5000 ® coatings.  Several profiles are available: double-lock, batten seam, and t-panel are among the most common concealed fastener panels. Estimates for all three types of roofs are available at our Roofing Estimator.
