The
TSMW line of custom fabricated buildings and barns combine 19th
century styling with modern materials and construction techniques.
Built of 14 gauge1
red
oxide primer coated steel (16 gauge for smaller buildings),
the roof joist sections are fabricated and welded in our yard
then shipped to the site. There, the main framework is welded
and the roof purlins bolted into place. The insulation--if
you select this option--and the sheeting are then installed.
Trim and gutters finish the building. (Mouse over for finished
building.)
This building, located
near Willis, Texas on lake Conroe, is 60' X 70'.
It has 8' wide
overhangs along the two lower edges, eave heights of 12'
feet on the lower roofs and 23' on the upper roofs. After erection,
steel I beams were set upon 3" X 1/4" round steel
posts to support a small crane. (Mouse over for finished
building.)
Unlike other
steel building companies who work from a set of standardized designs,
we work with you to custom design and build each barn from your idea
to completion. We offer site work and concrete work as well as erect
the buildings on your pre-existing slab.
