Selecting your cupola size

If too large, a cupola will overpower your house. If too small, it will look like a bird house. Rule of thumb for selecting cupola size: One inch of cupola base for every foot of unbroken roof line. For example, a 20 foot unbroken roof line suggests a minimum 20” cupola base.
